Service Guarantee Policy: All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service you have 72 hours from the original service date to have it re done at no charge by the stylist who performed the original service. 

Late Arrival Policy: If you are running 10+ minutes late, we cannot guarantee that we can complete the desired services. We will always do our best to be as flexible as possible but arriving late can result in having to reschedule your appointment to another day or time. 

24 Hour Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that any changes to your appointment be made 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a cancellation fee. We will need a credit card on file to schedule any appointments.
