Card on File
‘Ohana Salon requires a card on file in order to book. In order to save your appointment a card on file must be added to your client profile when booking. All credit cards used through our software will be encrypted and saved within our system. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation with less than 24 hour notice or failure to show for an appointment will result in a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fee for color services is $50.
Cancellation fee for a haircut service is $25.
Late Policy
Out of respect for our guests, salon guests arriving 15 minutes late will be honored at ‘Ohana’s discretion. We reserve the right to modify and/or cancel your service as needed to stay
on time for the following appointments for the day.
Service Guarantee Policy
All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service you have 72 hours from the original service date to have it re-done at no charge by the stylist who performed the original service.
Product Refund
We allow exchanges for up to 10 days on hair products. All makeup is final sale.
Green Circle Fee
$2 eco fee applied to each visit. ‘Ohana Salon is proudly a Green Circle salon. Being a Green Circle allows us to recycle up to 96% of our waste.
