A Letter From Chandra

To all of our amazing Ohana Guests,


These last few years have been absolutely crazy for all of us. 'Ohana’s mission is to provide consistent, uplifting experience and to spread beauty to the world. As a company we had to make changes to ensure that we could still provide that superior guest experience while keeping everyone within our walls as safe and healthy as possible.


'Ohana Salon was opened in 2008. We survived the 2008 crash, a global pandemic, and staff shortages. Standing strong with our guests and team, we have managed to make it through everything while keeping our doors open and retaining our team. We have achieved all of this by doing our best to provide our guests with the best hair and customer service experience.


Our goal has always been to be a place where people feel safe and can have a moment of relaxation and peace. Recently, we have been affected by inflation and the rising costs of supplies needed to create that amazing ‘Ohana experience. It is with a heavy heart that we will be raising service prices to keep up with this economic crisis. We were trying to refrain from doing this right now because we know that everyone is getting hit hard with the cost of living going up, gas, groceries, etc. We are always mindful about keeping our guest’s and team’s best interests top of mind when we make decisions that affect them.


This increase will go into effect on July 1st 2022. We will be honoring the current pricing on your next visit and your stylist will inform you what the new pricing will be going forward.


We appreciate your loyalty over the past 14 years. You are part of our ‘Ohana. We have been together through many of life’s changes. We will get through this together too, and through it all you will have fabulous hair. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
